2nd Sunday Blues Jams
The Society’s 2nd Sunday Blues Jam is held on the 2nd Sunday of each month. and each month features the opportunity for anyone there to bring up an instrument and sit in for a set, or just listen and dance. If you haven’t been to one of these 2nd Sunday Jams, you are in for a real treat! A lot of great guest artists show up. We have a large turnout of established musicians joining in the Blues Jam and everyone has loads of fun. Come out and join us, you’ll be glad you did! Bring your friends and family. All ages are welcome. Come hungry and come thirsty, and bring your dancing shoes!
On occasion, a local showcase band plays from 5 to 5:45 pm, followed by the open jam. The location is “The Newhall American Legion Post 507” 24527 Spruce Street. Newhall, CA. 91321. For our regular 2nd Sunday Jams there is a $7.00 cover at the door. Current members are $5.00

The January 2025 jam will be on January 5th, which is the 1st Sunday of the month instead of the 2nd in order to accomodate the International Blues Challenge, the following week.
